Bulk Candy Vending Business
If you have any interest in starting or expanding your own empire, have a read of a couple of posts by Brian Lee over at Genius Types about how he started and then expanded his bulk candy vending business.
This is a business any-one can get in to. Through the two posts Brian lays the essentials for success both from a financial and from an organizational perspective.
There are parallels with starting any home based business too. Brian has taken time to learn the business, starting slow. He made a small investment, got it working then looked to move up-scale. Having mastered the basics he knew enough to spot a good opportunity then go after it aggressively thereby expanding his home business.
You don’t have to pay huge bucks to develop a reasonable income. Just takes time, knowledge and persistance. Start small, and re-invest your profits to grow will take a lot of risk out of any start-up.

I have been running my own bulk vending business for over 10 years now and I agree that it is indeed a great business. The one warning I alway give though is be careful not to spend too much on machines. Don’t get tricked into spending thousands of dollars on brand new machines from some “biz opp” company. Start small. Buy a couple used machines of eBay or Craigslist. Make sure you enjoy the business first. Good Luck!
