Dominiche
Dominiche is a service from Ed Dale which teaches you how to buy a website.
Now you don’t need to buy the product and you don’t need to spend a lot of time there, but the videos at this location are well worth viewing.
They cover the very basics of pricing a website for purchase, including both the earnings multiplier and pay per click pricing.
They also show you a good website to find prospective purchases.
This is really basic stuff but presented in a really easy to understand fashion.
Buying an established website is a good way of quickly getting up an running or of adding to an existing suite of websites.
While it may cost a few bucks, by picking the right sites for the right price you have the potential to quickly build up a strong revenue stream and if promoted right your sites develop into an appreciating asset.

Cool, sounds very tempting but I heard that there are so many domain sharks out there specialised on domain trading so that newbies have no real chance to find a good deal. Although I guess its similar to the realestate market – if one invests enough time and effort one will find very profitable investments.
Spend some time researching your business before setting up any site. See if the people currently doing it are making many money. And don’t believe their own hype!
The video from Dominiche, for sure it will help you buying a site. His role is to promote the site is in the video, and it will give viewers an image on how it looks !!
If you never owned a website before then I dont think this is for you. Purchasing established websites should be left to those who have experience being webmaster. It doesnt always matter how profitable a website is If you dont know how to properly maintain and promote it.
If you don’t actually know the intricacies of hosting, and html then you have to pay someone to make your site or buy one…Now if you buy the site you can then begin to learn. Sometimes its harder to start from scratch. I would suggest anyone wanting to work on the internet to buy a site first and see how it goes before attempting the html and tech sides of it.
This is another good way to have a ready made website to start a business leap frogging all the initial hardship of starting up a business.
Do a lot of research when it comes to the hosting company. You need to have a reliable website host with as little downtime as possible. No matter if it is a online or offline business there will be work involved even if you get a website up and running.
