		<description>Looks like a nice package, the free version would be a good way to manage a mailing list for say a blog subscription. Another recent offering is highrisehq.com from the makers of basecamp. With their free package you now get 250 contacts, etc, etc, etc. 

For a heavier duty offering that you can host on your own server, check out sugarCRM, which is opensource and free in most instances. 

The pricing structure is a tough one to figure out, should they provide something between the free and the $50 a month package? Perhaps a small business package that fits in the middle would suit many people, say 5-10 a month. 

I hadn&#039;t heard of these guys before, so, their sponsored review is a good marketing idea.</description>
